Pediatric Dentistry in Indianapolis
A CHANGE FOR THE HAPPIER
Dr. Jill Aldrich uses the Solea dental laser — no drills, no needles, no numbness for most procedures. Your child walks out ready to play, not waiting for their lip to stop tingling.
★★★★★ "The entire office is kind, fun, safe and most importantly knowledgeable and good at what they do"
What We Do for Your Child
A powerful dental laser that replaces the dental drill in the majority of procedures, offering virtually painless treatment with no anesthesia needed for most hard and soft tissue procedures. Your child leaves the chair without numbness and can eat right away.
Sedation option for patient comfort during dental procedures. Sometimes called "laughing gas," it helps anxious little ones relax while staying fully conscious and responsive throughout treatment.
Procedures to revise lip and tongue ties that can affect feeding, speech, and oral development. Using the Solea laser, these revisions are faster and more comfortable than traditional methods.
Advanced sedation options administered by board-certified professionals right here in our office. No need for a hospital visit — your child gets the care they need in a familiar, kid-friendly setting.
Services focused on preventing dental disease including cleaning and fluoride treatments. Regular checkups and cleanings are the foundation of your child's lifelong oral health — we make them fun, not scary.
Services to restore teeth including fillings and other restorative procedures. With the Solea laser and multi-quadrant dentistry, we can often complete multiple procedures in a single visit — fewer appointments for your family.

The practice specializes in comprehensive pediatric dental services including preventive care, restorative procedures, and advanced treatments using the Solea dental laser.
Walk into our office and you won't find sterile white walls. You'll find Dr. Seuss, Nemo, and outer space — themed treatment rooms designed so your child feels like they're on an adventure, not in a dental chair. That's on purpose. We believe the best dental care starts with a kid who isn't scared.

Preventive care visit
"Dr. Aldrich is great! So attentive, fun, and thorough. My son is 2 and he kept completely still. She really knows how to connect with kids and make them feel at ease during their appointment."
— Parent of 2-year-old
First dental visit
"We were so nervous about taking our daughter to the dentist. The themed rooms made her forget she was even at a doctor's office. She picked the Nemo room and now she actually asks when she gets to go back. A stellar review from our whole family."

Solea laser treatment
Why Aldrich
The Solea dental laser eliminates the need for drills and anesthesia in most procedures. Your child finishes treatment without numbness and can eat, talk, and play normally right away — no more waiting for the tingling to stop.
For children who need sedation, we bring board-certified anesthesiologists to our office. No hospital trip required. Your child stays in a familiar, kid-friendly environment with Dr. Seuss, Nemo, and space-themed rooms while receiving safe, monitored sedation.
With multi-quadrant dentistry, Dr. Aldrich can complete several procedures in a single visit. Fewer appointments means fewer days off work and school — and fewer trips to the dentist for your child to worry about.
Dr. Jill Aldrich earned her Master of Science in Dentistry during her residency at Riley Children's Hospital — one of the top pediatric hospitals in the country. She's a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and has practiced in Hendricks County for over 10 years.
No other pediatric dentist in Indianapolis combines Solea laser, nitrous oxide, and in-office anesthesiology under one roof. Whether your child has mild jitters or significant anxiety, we have a comfort option that fits — without judgment.
Our treatment rooms are themed around Dr. Seuss, Nemo, and outer space. Kids pick their favorite room and get invested in the adventure — which means they're thinking about fish and rockets, not dental instruments. Parents tell us their kids ask to come back.

This is genuinely what we do best. Our themed treatment rooms (Dr. Seuss, Nemo, outer space) set the tone, and we have three levels of comfort: the Solea laser eliminates drills and needles for most procedures, nitrous oxide helps anxious kids relax, and for children who need more support, board-certified anesthesiologists provide safe in-office sedation. We'll talk through options together so you feel confident in the plan.
The Solea is a dental laser that replaces the drill for most procedures — fillings, soft tissue work, and more. It's virtually painless, so most kids don't need numbing shots. The biggest win for parents: no numbness afterward, which means your child can eat lunch right after their appointment and won't accidentally bite their lip or cheek.
We regularly see children starting around age 1, and many families bring their 2- and 3-year-olds in for first visits. As one parent told us: "My son is 2 and he kept completely still." Dr. Aldrich has a real gift for connecting with very young kids and making them feel safe.
Customers choose Aldrich Pediatric Dentistry because Dr. Aldrich excels at making young children feel comfortable and still during appointments while providing thorough, attentive care with a friendly, patient staff in a welcoming environment. We combine the Solea laser, multiple sedation options, and board-certified anesthesiologists under one roof — something no other Indianapolis pediatric practice offers.
